The three-piece forged steel fixed ball valve divides the valve body into three parts along the cross-section perpendicular to the axis of the valve passage at the two valve seats. The entire valve is symmetrical around the center axis of the valve stem and is mainly used for cutting off, distributing, and changing the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. Its large pivot structure ensures the accurate center position of the ball under high pressure, ensuring the good working performance of the valve; the standard valve seat adopts a spring structure to push the valve seat towards the ball, ensuring good bidirectional sealing performance at the inlet and outlet; an internal discharge valve is used, and the internal cavity of the valve body can discharge externally; the pivot adopts an explosion-proof structure to effectively prevent leakage; the low-friction coefficient bearing can minimize the torque and facilitate the opening and closing of the valve.
