Structural features and working principle

Nickel-aluminum bronze butterfly valves usually adopt wafer type design, with a compact structure. They are mainly composed of valve body, valve shaft, valve plate, valve seat, extension rod and driving mechanism (such as handle, worm gear, pneumatic device or electric device), etc. The valve plate adopts a frame structure, featuring a large flow area and low flow resistance. The sealing structure adopts double eccentric design, and the valve seat is made of soft material such as synthetic rubber, which forms a seal through elastic deformation when closed to ensure reliable sealing performance ‌
