Working principle
Titanium safety valves mainly utilize the force of the compressed spring to balance the force acting on the valve disc. The compression amount of the helical ring spring can be adjusted by turning the adjusting nut, thereby correcting the opening (setting) pressure of the safety valve as needed. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the spring is compressed and the valve disc opens to release the excess pressure. When the system pressure drops below SET value, the spring returns to its original state and the valve disc closes
