Definition and working principle

The lift-type titanium check valve automatically opens and closes the disc by relying on the flow of the medium itself. When the medium flows forward, the disc detaches from the valve seat under the action of fluid pressure, and the valve opens. When the medium flows in the opposite direction, the disc falls back to the valve seat under its own weight and the pressure of the fluid backflow, cutting off the flow to ensure the medium flows in one direction ‌

Structural characteristics

The disc of the lift titanium check valve slides vertically along the centerline of the valve body. It has a simple structure and reliable operation. Its sealing surface is designed to be metal-to-metal, allowing for a small amount of leakage, SUITABLE for situations where reverse flow sealing requirements for fluid are not strict ‌
