Product Details

The structure of the titanium alloy ball valve mainly consists of the valve body, valve cover, valve stem, ball, valve seat, etc. The main feature of the titanium alloy ball valve is its excellent corrosion resistance, which enables it to operate normally in various corrosive media such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and salts. In addition, it has the advantages of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and light weight, making it widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, and power. Its working principle is to use the valve stem to rotate the ball, forming different channels between the ball and the valve seat, thereby achieving the opening, closing, and regulation of the medium. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, the medium passes through the valve; when the ball rotates 180 degrees, the medium is completely cut off. The sealing performance mainly depends on the contact area between the ball and the valve seat and the performance of the sealing material.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
