The marine standard bronze gate valve is a type of valve specifically designed for ship piping systems. It complies with Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) and is made of bronze material, featuring excellent resistance to seawater corrosion.
Its core function is to control the flow of fluids through the up and down movement of the gate plate. It is applicable to various media such as fuel, lubricating oil, fresh water and seawater.
Structure and Characteristics
Material: The valve body is usually cast from ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5 bronze, and the valve stem is made of QA19-2 aluminum bronze alloy to ensure corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
Sealing performance: Compliant with JIS B 2031 standard. The sealing surface is meticulously designed to effectively prevent the leakage of the medium.
Connection method: Flange connection is the main type, compatible with GB/T 569 and GB/T 2501 standards, facilitating installation and maintenance.
