The nano high-silicon molybdenum alloy ball valve is a high-performance valve made of special alloy materials, and it is mainly used in fluid control systems under extreme conditions. The following are its core features and technical parameters:
Material Characteristics
Alloy Composition: The valve body is made of nano-scale high-silicon molybdenum alloy (such as silicon-molybdenum alloy with a molybdenum content of ≥15%), which is formed through powder metallurgy or directional solidification technology. It possesses both high hardness (HRC 55-65) and high-temperature resistance (with an applicable temperature range up to 800℃).
Surface treatment: The surface of the sphere is coated with tungsten carbide by supersonic spraying or plasma cladding of hard alloy, with a roughness of ≤ 0.4 μm. This significantly enhances the wear resistance and erosion resistance.
Structural Design
Sealing Form: Metal hard sealing structure. The valve seat adopts an elastic loading design. The sealing surfaces are ensured to be in close contact through the pre-tightening force of the spring, with the leakage level reaching ANSI Class IV-V grade.
Drive mode: Supports various driving methods such as pneumatic and electric. For the DN50 specification pneumatic actuator, the working air pressure is 0.4 - 0.7 MPa, and the opening and closing torque is ≤ 120 N·m.
Application scenario
Extreme operating conditions: Suitable for gasification plants, polysilicon production, etc., for media containing hard particles (such as silicon powder, coal ash), with a pressure resistance range up to PN64 (approximately 6.4 MPa)
