The main material of the nickel-aluminum bronze check valve is C95800 nickel-aluminum bronze alloy, which has excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for various corrosive media such as water, oil, gas and some highly corrosive liquids ‌

The casting process of the valve body adopts precision casting, high surface quality, stable internal quality, no surface defects such as sand sticking, cold lap, and no internal defects such as porosity, sand holes, cracks ‌

Structure and Working principle

Nickel-aluminum bronze check valves usually adopt swing structure, and the opening and closing parts open or close by the force of the flowing medium by themselves. When the medium flows in the prescribed direction, the valve disc is opened under the action of the medium force. When the medium flows backward, the valve disc closes due to its own weight and the reverse force of the medium to fit with the valve seat sealing surface, thus preventing the medium from flowing backward ‌

This design makes the valve work reliably under high pressure and large bore conditions, reduces the connecting bolts of the valve body itself, enhances the reliability of the valve ‌
