The ZDLQ and ZAZQ electric three-way control valves are composed of a linear electronic electric actuator and a three-way combined (split) valve with a cylindrical thin-walled window-shaped valve core. It features compact structure, light weight, sensitive action and precise flow characteristics. It can be controlled and operated directly by receiving control signals such as (4-20mA DC, 0-10mA DC or 1-5V DC) input from the regulating instrument and single-phase power supply, achieving automatic regulation and control of the fluid medium in the process pipeline. It is widely applied to precisely control the process parameters of media such as gases, liquids, steam, and oil products, including pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level, to maintain them at the set values. It is suitable for working conditions where one fluid is divided into two discharge paths through a three-way valve or two fluids are combined into one fluid through a three-way valve.

Working principle

The valve core structure of the three-way control valve is a cylindrical thin-walled window-shaped valve core. It adopts side guiding of the valve core, inner surface guiding of the valve seat and upper bushing guiding, so the guiding area is large and the operation is reliable. The direction in which the fluid acts on the valve core is always in the open state, so the working performance of the valve is stable. There are two types of three-way control valves: the three-way combined flow control valve (which mixes two fluids into one fluid through the three-way valve) and the three-way split flow control valve (which divides one fluid into two flow paths through the three-way valve). When the nominal diameter DN is ≤80mm and the pressure difference is small, the diverter valve can be replaced by a combined valve of the same diameter. There are two types of flow characteristics: linear and parabolic. The three-way control valve can replace two two-way control valves used simultaneously, serving the functions of diversion or convergence, as well as two-phase regulation and proportioning.
