Pneumatic film lined PTFE single-seat regulating valve Product introduction:
The utility model relates to an anti-corrosion straight single-seat regulating valve. The inner wall of the valve body in contact with the fluid and the inner components of the valve are both lined with the corrosion-resistant and age-resistant polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46), and the polytetrafluoroethylene bellow pipe is sealed. Widely used in acid, alkali and other strong corrosive media and toxic, volatile gas, liquid control.
Design features:
1. Corrosion resistance. Resistant to almost all media (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia) corrosion.
2. Good sealing performance. Double seal with bellows and packing to ensure no leakage.
3. Small leakage. Because the spool and seat are soft sealed, there is no leakage.
4. Equipped with HA actuator, large output force, compact structure.
5. The product complies with GB/T4213-92
