Sterile design: This sterile sampling valve sterilizes before and after each sampling to ensure the sterility of the sampling process.

Unique operation method: Open the valve through the barbar handle, which is simple and convenient to operate. When the valve is closed, the built-in spring comes into play, keeping the passage between the hoses open while closing the valve, which is convenient for disinfection. If steam disinfection is used, it is recommended to install a small pressure safety valve at the outlet.

Multiple connection methods: The connection methods include clamps, welding, tank connectors, multi-channel pipeline connectors, etc., which are convenient for connection with different pipeline systems.

High-quality material: The valve body adopts AISI 316L (1.4404) ASME BPE 316L, which has excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene performance. Diaphragms are available in EPDM and PTFE to meet different usage requirements.

Wide temperature adaptability range: The maximum temperature varies depending on the material of the diaphragm. The maximum temperature of EPDM diaphragms is 130℃, and that of PTFE diaphragms is 150℃, suitable for different working environment temperatures.

High pressure resistance: The pressure can reach up to 10bar, ensuring stable operation under various working conditions.
