The steam pressure reducing valve has been greatly improved on the basis of the ordinary pressure reducing valve. The diaphragm adopts a new type of material and greatly increases the working area. Therefore, even the slightest change in the upstream pressure of the valve or the downstream load can be promptly and accurately fed back to the main valve diaphragm to adjust the opening degree of the main valve and ensure the stability of the downstream pressure. Another prominent feature of this product is: Multiple pilot valves can be installed and interchanged on the same valve body. While stabilizing the pressure, it can also achieve temperature control, upstream pressure control, remote on-off control, etc. The diaphragm pressure reducing valve can effectively control the steam temperature and/or pressure through diversified combinations of the same main valve and different models of different valves.
Working principle of diaphragm pressure reducing valve:
When the pilot valve spring is in a free state before startup, the main valve and the pilot valve are in the closed state. The pilot valve opens under the action of a spring force. Steam enters the main diaphragm chamber through the pilot valve, while a portion of the steam flows out through the control hole. When the steam flowing into the pilot valve is greater than that flowing out through the control hole, the control pressure in the main diaphragm valve increases, opening the main valve. As the steam flows through the main valve, the increase in downstream pressure is fed back through the sensing tube and acts under the diaphragm of the pilot valve, balancing the spring pressure above the diaphragm, causing the pilot valve assembly to close and throttle, maintaining the pressure in the main diaphragm, and controlling the opening of the main valve to convey an appropriate amount of steam. Adjusting the spring on the diaphragm of the pilot valve can change the downstream pressure.
This product is mainly applied in steam pipelines and is suitable for steam pipeline fields with large flow rates and significant variations in inlet pressure
