Compared with similar products, its valve disc adopts a spray hole type, effectively reducing the damage of the outlet pressure water flow to the valve body

Iii. Working Principle of 200M- Multi-Spray Hole Pressure Reducing Valve Product:

When the valve supplies water from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control chamber, and the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve closes. The control room stops draining water. At this time, the pressure in the main valve control room rises and the main valve is closed. The outlet pressure no longer increases. When the pressure at the valve outlet drops to the set pressure of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve opens and the control room drains water downstream. As the drainage volume of the pilot valve system is greater than the intake volume of the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control chamber drops, and the inlet pressure causes the main valve to open. Under stable conditions, the water inflow and outflow in the control room are the same, the opening degree of the main valve remains unchanged, and the pressure reduction effect is obvious.
