This series of pressure reducing valves belong to the pilot-operated piston type pressure reducing valves. It consists of two parts: the main valve and the pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of parts such as the valve seat, main valve disc, piston and spring. The pilot valve is mainly composed of parts such as the valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring and regulating spring. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the pressure of the regulating spring. The changes in the outlet pressure are sensed by the diaphragm. The opening and closing of the pilot valve drives the piston to adjust the size of the flow area at the throttling part of the main valve, thereby achieving the function of pressure reduction and pressure stabilization. The main products are mainly used in water pipelines in coal mines, playing a role in reducing and stabilizing pressure.

Pressure characteristics
It refers to the characteristic that the output pressure fluctuates due to the input pressure fluctuation when the flow rate g is a constant value. The smaller the output pressure fluctuation is, the better the characteristics of the pressure reducing valve will be. The output pressure must be lower than the input pressure by a certain value in order to basically not change with the input pressure.

It refers to the property where the output pressure varies with the output flow rate g when the input pressure is constant. When the flow rate g changes, the smaller the change in output pressure, the better. Generally, the lower the output pressure is, the smaller its fluctuation with the change of output flow rate will be.
