The structural length of the pound-class power station stop valve is specified in E101. Valve body welded groove according to ANSI B16.25 or user supplied dimensions. The valve cover packing box is reasonable, the filler is added with corrosion inhibitor, the seal is reliable, and the switch is stable. The valve has an upper sealing structure to ensure that the valve stem will not leak when the valve is opened and operated.

Power station stop valve structure features:

1. Product design and manufacture according to ASME B16.34, E101 standards, can be used with imported equipment.

2. The valve cavity adopts pressure self-tightening sealing structure, the higher the pressure of the inner cavity, the better the sealing performance.

3. Both ends of the branch pipe are butt welded to meet different nozzle requirements.

4. The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of stellite cobalt-based cemented carbide surfacing, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, good abrasion resistance and long service life.

5. The valve cover packing box is reasonable, the filler is added with corrosion inhibitor, the seal is reliable, and the switch is stable.

6. The valve has an upper sealing structure to ensure that the valve stem will not leak when the valve is opened and operated.

7. The opening and closing of the electric stop valve are controlled by the electric device, which is equipped with special motor, reducer, torque control mechanism, field operation mechanism, manual and electric switching mechanism. In addition to local operation, it can also be operated remotely.
