At the same time, it can also resist high purity alkali, boiling concentrated nitric acid, fuming nitric acid, sulfur and vanadium containing high temperature gas and combustion corrosion. The material used in the main parts of the valve is nickelchromium iron alloy, the elements are mainly 6%~10% Fe and 14%~17% Cr and higher than 72% Ni, excellent corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, water and steam medium, corrosion resistance is also very good in some weak acids, dilute oxidation and reducing acids, and the corrosion rate in various weak organic acids is also very low. The high nickel composition not only makes it immune to stress corrosion of chloride ions, but also has strong corrosion resistance in alkaline solution, such as NaOH solution at boiling temperature, NaOH concentration can reach 80%, when there is sulfide in NaOH, its corrosion resistance is better than pure nickel, the steel is also resistant to a variety of neutral and caustic salt corrosion. It can be used for dry chlorine gas and dry hydrogen chloride at room temperature, but can only be used for hydrogen fluoride gas ≤550℃ at high temperatures.

Due to the characteristics of corrosion resistance, heat resistance, oxidation resistance and high strength, this product is widely used in petrochemical, chemical, chemical, heat treatment and nuclear power industry.
