Incoloy800HT process performance and requirements:
1, Incoloy alloy is suitable for hot and cold processing, but because of its high strength, it needs high-power processing equipment.
2, because of the thermal processing temperature range of Chloe alloy 1200℃ ~ 900℃, the cooling method is water quenching or between 760℃ ~ 540℃ as fast as possible cooling. Hot bending should be carried out between 1150℃ and 1000℃.
3, because Chloe valve is suitable for any traditional welding process welding, such as tungsten electrode inert gas welding, plasma arc welding, manual subarc welding, metal inert gas welding, molten inert gas welding, shielded gas arc welding, etc.

Incoloy800H ball valve is a valve body, seat, ball and stem using Incoloy800H or Alloy800H and ASTM B564 N08810 and other castings, forgings or rods made of high strength under high temperature conditions, and has excellent oxidation resistance and carburizing ability of the ball valve. The main parts of the valve used by the material is Fe-nickel based corrosion resistant alloy, which contains Fez39.5%, containing Ni30.0%~35.0%, containing Cr 19%~23%, containing C does not exceed 0.1%, but also contains a small amount of Mn, Si, Cu, Al, Ti and other elements. It has strong corrosion resistance to oxidizing and non-oxidizing acid, lye, fatty acid and water, can maintain the stability of its organization in a long time high temperature environment, and has strong oxidation resistance, which is mainly attributed to the high chromium content in the alloy, which is because chromium will form a dense oxide lattice film on the metal surface.
