The Z641Y- pneumatic motor gate valve is composed of a pneumatic motor actuator, a pneumatic motor, a reducer, a control component and a pneumatic source connection. Small in size, light in weight, compact in structure, shock-free, low in noise and long in service life. The top is equipped with an operation handwheel. There is no need to switch between pneumatic and manual operations, allowing for on-site manual operation of the valve. Its motor is a specially designed crossbeam force transmission type, multi-acting inner curve radial plunger pneumatic motor. It is composed of stacked combined cylinders, plungers, crossbeams, rollers, inner curved guide rails, air distribution plates and hollow through shafts. When compressed air is filled into the cylinder, the thrust generated by the radial plunger interacts with the inner curved guide rail through the crossbeam and rollers to produce torque output. After being decelerated by the planetary reduction mechanism, a powerful torque is generated, driving the valve stem nut of the gate valve to rotate, causing the valve stem to move up and down in a straight line and opening or closing the gate valve.
When one pilot valve is connected to a 24V DC power supply, the control chamber at the corresponding end of the pilot valve releases pressure, the valve changes direction, the motor supplies air in the forward (reverse) direction, the actuator rotates in the forward (reverse) direction, the power supply is disconnected, the valve core of the main valve automatically returns to the middle position, the air source is cut off, the forward (reverse) air inlet of the motor is connected to the exhaust port, and the motor stops working. When the valve is in the fully open (closed) position, the connection connecting the valve positioner and the valve stem strikes the top rod of the valve position feedback device, causing the microswitch of the feedback device to act, sending a signal, and simultaneously cutting off the power supply to control the solenoid valve. The motor stops rotating, and the valve position remains in the fully open (closed) position. When the power supply of the solenoid valve is reconnected, the motor starts. When the valve operates, the valve stem drives the valve positioner's driving stem, and a 4~20mA signal can be output
