Brief description of the structure of Z441Y- Spur Gear Gate Valve

The two ends of the branch pipe are of welded connection structure. The opening and closing of the valve are controlled by the gear transmission device.

2. The valve is mainly composed of a flat gear mechanism on the valve cover, adjustable wedge-type double gate plates, universal heads, clamping rings, etc. It moves up and down through the guidance inside the valve body and has good interchangeability.

3. The sealing surface of the valve seat is made by surfacing cobalt-based hard alloy, which has good wear resistance and scratch resistance.

4. The surface of the valve stem is treated with anti-corrosion nitriding, which gives it excellent corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

5. Pressure self-tightening sealing mechanism achieves sealing by pressing the wedge-shaped sealing ring with the medium pressure. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance

It is applicable to pipelines in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, and thermal power stations with nominal pressure PN10.0 to 25.0Mpa and working temperature -29 to 600℃, for cutting off or connecting the medium. The applicable media are: water, oil products, steam, etc. The operation modes include: manual, gear transmission, electric, etc.

2. The sealing surfaces of the gate and the valve seat are made by surfacing with iron-based alloy or slite cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, has good scratch resistance and a long service life.

3. The valve stem has undergone quenching and tempering as well as surface nitriding treatment, which endows it with excellent corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

4. It adopts a wedge-type elastic gate plate structure. For medium and large diameters, rolling bearings are set up, which results in low friction and easy opening and closing.

5. Various pipe flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be adopted to meet the needs of various projects and user requirements.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities.
