Product Introduction of PZ73PU-Lined Polyurethane Knife Gate Valve

It is a wear-resistant polyurethane knife gate valve, featuring strong wear resistance and long service life. It is widely used in situations where frequent opening is required. It has zero leakage throughout the entire diameter. The packing is made of an integral molded rubber body, ensuring zero leakage in the upper seal. The replaceable integral polyurethane valve liner and stainless steel gate plate save the maintenance cost of the valve and are widely used in fields such as mine slag discharge, power, papermaking, and urban sewage treatment

The medium flow components of the PZ73PU-lined polyurethane knife gate valve are entirely lined with polyurethane, featuring wear resistance and a long service life. Full diameter, zero leakage. The packing adopts an integral molded rubber body, enabling the upper seal to achieve zero leakage. The replaceable integral polyurethane valve liner and stainless steel gate plate save the maintenance cost of the valve. The wear-resistant polyurethane valve liner made by integral mold casting offers an extremely long wear life. Meanwhile, the D-ring and the valve liner are molded into a single body, which keeps the valve plate clean during valve operation and prevents solid particles from entering the valve cavity area. When the valve plate is closed, the flow rate of the slurry increases, and the edge of the valve plate changes the direction of the slurry to make it enter the molded polyurethane valve seat area. This vortex causes the valve to flush the valve seat to ensure that there is no blockage at the bottom of the valve seat and achieve a complete seal. The rigid stainless steel valve plate combined with the wear-resistant property of the polyurethane valve liner ensures the sealing performance and service life of the valve. The upper seal adopts an integral die-cast imported rubber body, enabling the upper seal to achieve zero leakage. The replaceable, integral polyurethane valve liner and stainless steel valve plate save the maintenance cost and time of the valve.
