AKX300- Hand and Electric dual-purpose knife gate valve with double seat and double-sided sealing: The medium flow direction is not restricted. It features a thin design, an elegant and lightweight appearance, a compact structure, and is easy to install and use. The valve wafer type connection has a short structural length and can reduce the weight of the entire pipeline system. The bottom of the gate plate has a knife-shaped inclined cut, which has the function of cutting off the medium, allowing the valve to close smoothly without being blocked by the medium. The sealing surface of the gate plate can be lifted, and the adhering substances on the sealing surface can be scraped off, automatically removing debris. The wedge-shaped positioning block at the bottom of the valve provides sealing force when the valve is closed. The valve is designed with a purging and cleaning port to prevent dust accumulation over long-term use and to avoid blocking the gate plate. The packing is a combination of integral packing and packing, providing a more reliable seal. The surface of the gate plate is hardened before assembly, making the valve durable and having a long service life. The valve body type is of full lug flange type, and the frame and flange connection plate adopt the inlet plate type. The connecting bolts and nuts of the valve are made of stainless steel. The sealing adopts PTFE soft sealing.
