The valve body of the dry ash gate valve is equipped with an inlet channel and an outlet channel. Inside the valve body, there is a gate plate, which is connected to the gate plate lifting and closing mechanism. At the upper part of the outlet channel close to the gate plate, there is a cavity communicating with the gate plate cavity. The special feature lies in that there is a stiffening plate between the gate plate and the outlet channel, and at the upper part of the stiffening plate, there is a slag discharge port in the gate plate cavity. It will not clog and has the advantages of easy opening and closing, convenient operation, good sealing performance and long service life. This product features a reasonable structure, flexible opening, gas flushing, automatic ash reflux and a long service life. It is mainly applicable as an opening and closing device in pneumatic conveying systems for dry ash, fly ash, cement, etc. in thermal power plants, and features a unique design concept.
