Structural characteristics
The three-way diaphragm valve is a special type of stop valve.
1. The opening and closing parts with elastic sealing ensure no internal leakage.
2. The streamlined flow channel results in low pressure loss.
3. There is no stuffing box, so there is no external leakage.
4. The valve body and the cover are separated by a diaphragm in the middle, which protects the valve cover and valve stem parts above the diaphragm from being eroded by the medium.
5. The diaphragm is replaceable and the maintenance cost is low.
6. The diversity of lining materials makes it suitable for various media and has excellent corrosion resistance.
Three-way diaphragm valve application: This valve is specifically designed for controlling non-corrosive or generally corrosive media. The inner cavity surface of the valve body is either unlined or covered with various rubber options available, making it suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipelines.
Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request. E FORUs’ is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
