Structural features of fluorine-lined diaphragm valve:

The G41F46 fluorine-lined diaphragm valve features a diaphragm that separates the inner cavity of the lower valve body from the inner cavity of the upper valve cover, protecting the valve stem, valve disc and other parts above the diaphragm from corrosion by the medium. It eliminates the need for a packing seal structure and prevents medium leakage.

The diaphragm made of soft sealing materials such as rubber or plastic has better sealing performance. As the diaphragm is a vulnerable part, it should be replaced regularly depending on the characteristics of the medium.

2. Due to the limitations of diaphragm materials, diaphragm valves are suitable for low-pressure and relatively low-temperature applications.

3. Diaphragm valves can be classified into six types according to their structural forms: roof type, direct current type, stop type, straight-through type, gate plate type and right-angle type. The connection form is usually flange connection; According to the driving mode, it can be divided into three types: manual, electric and pneumatic. Among them, pneumatic drive is further classified into three types: normally open type, normally closed type and reciprocating type.

4. Generally, it is not suitable for use in pipelines with temperatures above 80 degrees (rubber-lined diaphragm valves) or 180 degrees (fluorine-lined diaphragm valves), as well as in pipelines transporting organic solvents and strong oxidizing media. It is also not recommended for use in pipelines with higher pressure.


Purpose

The G41F46 fluorine-lined diaphragm valve is widely used in various industries such as chemical engineering, acid production, alkali production, smelting, rare earth, pesticides, dyes, medicine, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, acid washing, radio, foil formation, scientific research institutions, and national defense for strong corrosive media under different working conditions. Design features

The G41F46 fluorine-lined diaphragm valve differs from other valves in that it adopts a structure without a stuffing box. The diaphragm of the G41F46 fluorine-lined diaphragm valve can keep the corrosive medium in the flow passage completely isolated from all driving components, thus eliminating the common drawbacks of valves such as "leakage, seepage, dripping and seepage".

2. Due to the smooth flow path and low flow resistance of the diaphragm valve, a relatively large flow rate can be achieved.

The inner cavity of the valve body of the G41F46 fluorine-lined diaphragm valve is lined with perfluorinated F46. Therefore, it has the characteristic of superior corrosion resistance.

4. As the sealing element is an elastic PTFE diaphragm. Therefore, it also has good sealing and closing force.

5. This valve is composed of the valve body, valve cover, valve disc, valve stem, diaphragm and other driving parts, etc.

The opening and closing of the valve is achieved by rotating the handwheel. The upper end of the valve cover of this valve is marked with a display color indicating the opening or closing position of the valve that can be seen, to indicate the opening and closing stroke of the valve. When the handwheel is placed clockwise, it moves downward, and the valve disc then drives the diaphragm to descend, cutting off the passage. Conversely, the valve will open and the color will be revealed accordingly.
