2507 double-phase steel wafer check valve, model H76X, H76F, H76W, H76Y, wafer double-disc check valve, pressure PN16-PN100, diameter DN50-DN800. The 2507 duplex steel wafer check valve can be made into a soft-sealed valve or a hard-sealed valve. It is suitable for use in acidic or alkaline solutions, seawater, high-concentration chloride ion wastewater and other media. It is widely used in engineering projects in industries such as chemical engineering, papermaking, textile printing and dyeing, electronics, power plants, and seawater desalination, and has excellent resistance to chloride ion corrosion.

The function of a check valve is to allow the medium to flow in only one direction and prevent it from flowing in the opposite direction. Usually, this kind of valve works automatically. Under the pressure of the fluid flowing in one direction, the valve disc opens. When the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the fluid pressure and the self-weight of the disc cause the disc to act on the valve seat, thereby cutting off the flow of the medium.

The 2507 double-phase steel wafer check valve has a double-disc structure, featuring two semi-circular valve plates, a valve shaft, and a spring. The valve plates rotate around the valve shaft. When the pressure at the inlet end is greater than the spring resistance and the self-weight of the valve plate, the two valve plates rotate around the axis and close towards the middle. The valve opens and the medium flows. When the medium pressure at the inlet end is lower than that at the outlet end, the valve plate is pushed towards the valve seat by the spring pressure and the reverse pressure of the medium, and then pressed against the valve seat to close and prevent the backflow of the medium.
