The 2507 duplex steel triple eccentric butterfly valve is composed of main components such as the valve body, butterfly plate, valve stem and sealing ring. The valve structure is designed based on the three-dimensional eccentric principle, ensuring reliable sealing and meeting various standards. Meanwhile, it has good flow characteristics and a regulating function.
The three-eccentric butterfly valve achieves zero leakage sealing through the elasticity of the sealing ring on the butterfly plate. The contact surface between the sealing ring and the valve seat is an inclined conical surface. The contact Angle between the butterfly plate sealing ring and the valve body and valve seat generates a slight "wedge effect", causing the sealing ring to undergo flexible movement and radial compression. Due to the uniform contact between the valve seat and the sealing ring as well as the flexibility of the sealing ring, the load loaded on the valve seat is uniform, thus achieving the most precise cut-off with the minimum torque.
