The pneumatic wafer-type double eccentric butterfly valve adopts a double eccentric structure design. The arc sealing surface design of the valve plate enables the valve plate to quickly separate from the valve seat when opened, reducing the friction of the sealing surface. When the valve plate is closed, it has excellent sealing performance.
The valve seat cover is connected to the valve body by bolts to lock the valve seat in the correct position. Even without a paired flange, the valve seat can be reliably fixed.
The process of replacing the valve seat sealing ring is quick and simple. It only requires removing the retaining ring, rotating the valve plate to the closed position, and replacing the new valve seat into the groove of the valve body to complete. Simple and fast, without affecting components such as the butterfly plate and valve stem. Under normal circumstances, the valve seat sealing ring can be replaced every 5 minutes.
The valve stem and the butterfly plate are connected by pins. The unique design of the connecting pin between the valve stem and the butterfly plate ensures a tight and reliable pin connection with good interchangeability.
Travel stopper: The internal travel limit design can prevent the butterfly plate from overturning, thereby extending the service life of the valve seat and reducing the possibility of valve seat damage.
Pneumatic actuators come in two types: double-acting and single-acting (spring return), as well as rack and pinion type and fork type.
The rack and pinion type cylinder housing is generally formed by die-casting aluminum alloy, which is light in weight and beautiful in appearance.
