Q44(5)F flanged three-way ball valve can be divided into L type and T type. The L type three-way ball valve is used for changing the flow direction, enabling the connection of two perpendicular channels. The T type three-way ball valve is used for splitting, merging and changing the flow direction of the medium. The T type three-way valve can connect the three channels or make two of the channels connected.
Structural features of the three-way ball valve:
1. Compact structure, quick opening and closing, smooth flow passage, and low fluid resistance.
2. Excellent sealing performance, achieving leak-free sealing by utilizing the elastic deformation of the polytetrafluoroethylene material on the four valve seats.
3. Multi-purpose use of one valve. Any of the three ports can be used as an inlet without leakage. The three-way valve can be made with either L-shaped or T-shaped ports.
4. Convenient for maintenance. After the system is depressurized, inspection and maintenance can be carried out without removing the entire valve body.
5. Widely used in water supply, petrochemical, metallurgy, mining, light industry, energy, papermaking, food, steel, and other pipeline systems for switching media, as well as for分流 or mixing of media.
