The pneumatic ferrule ball valve is composed of a double (single) acting pneumatic piston actuator and an imported BKH high-pressure ball valve. It is a new type of valve with automatic control and remote control. It is widely used in high-pressure pipelines of gas filling stations, tank trucks, etc. Its connection forms include internal thread (G/NPT), welding, ferrule, etc. The pneumatic piston actuator adopts low-friction materials. The inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder body are treated with hard anodic oxidation for anti-corrosion, which greatly improves the service life of the cylinder.
Working principle:
When the pneumatic actuator is connected to the circuit and the system air source, air enters cylinder A (cylinder B) through pipe A or Pipe B, pushing the piston to move towards one end, thereby driving the rotating shaft and ball core to rotate 90°.
2. The top of the pneumatic actuator is connected to a visual device. When the green indicator points to the character "Open", it indicates that the valve is open.
When the green light of the reply signal light is on, the valve is in the open position; when the red light is on, the valve is in the closed position.
4. The positioner can adjust the flow rate of the valve pipeline.
