The J61Y forged steel self-sealing stop valve is a pressure self-tightening valve cover. Valves designed in this form have their valve bodies and valve covers connected by threads and are sealed by an internal pressure self-tightening ring. There are three types of valve cover designs. The first one is the bolt-type valve cover, which is connected by concave-convex surfaces and uses stainless steel strips and flexible graphite wound gaskets. Ring connection can also be adopted as required. The second one is the welded valve cover, which is sealed by threads and then welded. Rigid welding can also be directly adopted as required. The third one is the self-sealing valve cover, which is connected to the self-sealing valve cover by threads.

Steel forging cut-off valve manufacture by API602 BS5352, ANSI/ASMEB16.34, test and acceptance by the API598, logos according to MSSSP - 25.

Structural type:

1. Full bore or reduced bore

2. The structural length shall comply with ANSI/ASMEB16.10

3. The flange shall comply with ANSI/ASMEB16.5

4. Self-sealing valve cover

6. Packing sleeves with automatic adjustment at both ends;

7. The body is inverted sealed

9. Weld the ends in accordance with ANSI/ASMEB16.25

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
