The opening and closing part of the J45J direct-flow rubber-lined stop valve is a stopper disc. The sealing surface is flat or conical, and the disc moves linearly along the centerline of the valve seat. The opening or closing stroke of the valve stem of the stop valve is relatively short, and it has a cut-off action, making it suitable for use as a medium cut-off, regulation and throttling device.
The direct-flow rubber-lined stop valve belongs to the forced sealing type valve. Therefore, when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface not to leak. Since the emergence of self-sealing valves, the medium flow direction of stop valves has changed to enter the valve cavity from above the valve disc. At this time, under the action of medium pressure, the force required to close the valve is small, while the force required to open the valve is large, and the diameter of the valve stem can be reduced accordingly. Meanwhile, under the action of the medium, this type of valve is also relatively tight.
Direct-flow rubber-lined stop valves are mainly divided into three types: straight-through type, direct-flow type and right-angle type. Rubber-lined stop valves are used to control general corrosive media. The inner cavity surface of the valve body is covered with optional rubber, suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipes, and have the characteristic of good corrosion resistance. To prevent the pipeline medium from coming into direct contact with the valve shell material, the internal components such as the valve body, valve cover and valve disc in the J45J lined DC stop valve are all designed as lined parts. The valve seat adopts an integral polymer as the sealing material, which has excellent sealing performance within a wide range of temperatures and pressures.
