### **Product Datasheet: Allcorr® (UNS N06110)**
**A Versatile Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum Alloy with Exceptional Corrosion Resistance**
---
#### **1. Overview**
**Allcorr®** (UNS N06110) is a modern, versatile **nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy** designed to offer outstanding corrosion resistance across a wide range of demanding environments. It was developed to provide a more cost-effective and readily available alternative to earlier-generation alloys like C-276, while maintaining excellent performance.
Its key characteristic is "all-corrosion" resistance, as the name implies, performing well against pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking (SCC), and general corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing media. It also offers good fabricability and weldability.
#### **2. Chemical Composition (Typical Weight %)**
The composition is balanced to provide a high level of molybdenum for resistance to reducing conditions and chromium for resistance to oxidizing conditions.
| Element | Content (%) | Role in the Alloy |
| :--- | :--- | :--- |
| **Nickel (Ni)** | Balance (~58-63) | Provides the fundamental corrosion-resistant austenitic matrix. |
| **Chromium (Cr)** | ~20.0 - 23.0 | Imparts resistance to oxidizing environments and general corrosion. |
| **Molybdenum (Mo)** | ~17.0 - 20.0 | Provides resistance to reducing acids and localized corrosion (pitting/crevice). |
| **Iron (Fe)** | ≤ 3.0 | Residual element, kept low to enhance corrosion resistance. |
| **Tungsten (W)** | ~1.0 - 2.0 | Enhances resistance to reducing acids and contributes to solid solution strengthening. |
| **Cobalt (Co)** | ≤ 2.0 | Residual element. |
| **Manganese (Mn)** | ≤ 1.0 | Residual element. |
| **Silicon (Si)** | ≤ 0.10 | Residual element, kept very low to prevent detrimental phase formation. |
| **Carbon (C)** | ≤ 0.015 | Kept very low to prevent carbide precipitation and sensitization. |
| **Vanadium (V)** | ≤ 0.50 | Residual element. |
| **Phosphorus (P)** | ≤ 0.030 | Residual element, kept low to improve toughness. |
| **Sulfur (S)** | ≤ 0.010 | Residual element, kept very low to improve hot workability and corrosion resistance. |
#### **3. Physical Properties (Typical)**
