Inconel625 ball valve is a kind of valve body, ball, stem and other main parts are made of Inconel625 or Alloy625 and UNS N06625 and other materials cast or forged, with excellent oxidation resistance and high temperature corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance to erosion environment has good nickel base superalloy ball valve. The material used in the valve is Ni-Cr solid solution strengthened deformation superalloy, from low temperature to 980℃ has good strength and toughness as well as excellent fatigue resistance and chloride ion stress corrosion cracking ability, which has shown good corrosion resistance in many media, it has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion and erosion performance in chloride. It has excellent resistance to nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and other inorganic acid corrosion, and also has alkali and organic acid corrosion resistance in oxidation and reduction environments. The valve has almost no corrosion in seawater and chlorine-containing ion environment, and has high corrosion resistance to seawater and salt solutions, as well as at high temperatures. Therefore, this product is especially suitable for all kinds of chemical devices and seawater treatment systems.

Packing of Standard Packing:

Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
