The Z941HPN25- Electrically controlled gate valve uses an electric actuator to control the valve, thereby achieving the opening and closing of the valve. It can be divided into two parts, the upper part being the electric actuator and the lower part being the valve. It is a common type of on-off valve that uses a gate plate (i.e., the opening and closing component, in which the opening and closing component is called a gate plate or gate, and the gate seat is called a gate plate seat) to connect (fully open) or cut off (fully closed) the medium in the pipeline. It is not allowed to be used for throttling. During use, it is necessary to avoid slightly opening the gate plate, as the erosion of the high-speed flowing medium will accelerate the damage of the sealing surface. The gate moves up and down on the side perpendicular to the centerline of the gate seat channel, cutting off the medium in the pipeline like a gate, so it is called a gate valve. During the initial installation and commissioning, the valve must be manually opened to approximately half of its position to prevent damage to the valve or electrical assembly due to reverse motor phase sequence connection.
