This type of manual slurry valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline. Slurry valves are divided into wafer type and integral type. The valve body sealing of the wafer type adopts the "U" -shaped and "T" -shaped composite structures configured with composite materials. The integral valve body seal adopts an "O" -shaped composite sealing ring structure, which overcomes the shortcomings of the original wafer type slurry valve, such as the "U" -shaped sealing gasket being prone to displacement and deformation under force and medium leakage. The gate plate adopts a knife-shaped structure, which solves problems such as the valve not closing tightly and external leakage in the sealing tank for mortar sedimentation.
