Product Introduction The buried elastic seat sealed gate valve adopts the overall rubber coating of the valve to produce deformation compensation and achieve a good sealing effect. It overcomes the problems of poor sealing, leakage and rusting of general gate valves, and more effectively saves installation space. It can be widely used as a regulating and shut-off device on fluid pipelines in water supply, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, light textile, power, shipping, metallurgy, energy systems, etc.

Ii. Working Principle of Buried Elastic Seat Seal Gate Valve:

The buried elastic seat sealed gate valve adopts a structure without a concave cavity. The inner and outer surfaces of the valve body and valve cover are sprayed with epoxy resin, and the surface of the gate plate is covered with rubber. The compensatory effect of the slight elastic deformation produced by the elastic gate plate is utilized to achieve a good sealing effect, thus fundamentally eliminating the possibility of corrosion. The buried gate valve is designed by rotating the hand into a square core head, which is convenient for people to be on the ground.

Iii. Product Features of Buried Elastic Seat Seal Gate Valve:

It has excellent anti-corrosion performance. The inner and outer surfaces of the shell are sprayed with epoxy resin, and the inner surface is lined with enamel when necessary. The connecting bolts adopt hex socket bolts and are sealed with glue at the top.

2. The overall valve cover concealed stem design ensures a compact structure. The valve stem nut and the gate plate are of a two-body structure, and there is no jamming phenomenon. Direct passage, no leakage or concave cavity. The valve stem seal adopts an "O" ring seal.

3. Reliable hygiene: The epoxy resin complies with the hygiene standard GB/T17219-1998, and the entire gate plate is covered with rubber that meets hygiene inspection standards. The valve stem, valve stem nut and other parts are made of materials such as stainless steel or bronze that are not corroded by water.
