The Z562Y1500LB- welded gate valve features a self-tightening sealing structure in the middle cavity. The higher the pressure, the better the sealing effect. The sealing surface of the valve adopts an elastic single gate plate structure. The valve is installed vertically to the pipeline with the middle cavity facing upwards. When the valve is in operation, the valve disc should be in the fully open or fully closed position and must not remain in the middle position or be used as a control valve. The sealing surface material is STL alloy, and it is suitable for non-corrosive media such as water and steam. The design pressure is Class900LB, and the operating temperature is ≤570℃. It is mainly applicable to the pipelines of various systems in thermal power stations to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline.

Structural characteristics

The design and manufacture of the product comply with the requirements of the American National standard ANSIB16.34, as well as the American Petroleum Institute standards API6D and API600.

5. Manual valves with a diameter of NPS10" or more and a pressure class of 150 pounds, as well as those with a diameter of NPS6" or more and a pressure class of 600 to 2500 pounds, are equipped with rolling bearings in their operating devices, making opening and closing easy.

For gate valves with NPS≤10", the valve seat can be a replaceable internal thread connection valve seat, which can be freely combined and matched with the sealing surface material of the closing member to meet the working conditions and extend the service life.
