The Z15W threaded copper gate valve is a control component in the pipeline system that drives the gate plate to move perpendicularly along the channel axis by the handwheel to cut off and connect the medium flow. During use, the valve must be fully open or fully closed and cannot be used to regulate the flow rate.
When the threaded copper gate valve is closed, the sealing surface can be sealed only by the pressure of the medium, that is, only by the pressure of the medium to press the sealing surface of the gate against the valve seat on the other side to achieve the sealing of the sealing surface. This is self-sealing. Most gate valves adopt forced sealing, that is, when the valve is closed, an external force is relied on to forcibly press the gate against the valve seat to ensure the sealing performance of the sealing surface.
