The WZ41H forged steel bellows gate valve has two valve cover design forms. The first type is the bolt-type valve cover. For valves designed in this form, the valve body and the valve cover are connected by bolts and nuts, and sealed with a wound gasket (made of 304L with flexible graphite). Metal rings can also be used for connection when customers have special requirements. The second design form is the welded valve cover. Valves of this design form have their valve bodies and valve covers connected by threads and are fully welded and sealed.
The key component of the bellows gate valve, the metal bellows, has its lower end welded to the valve stem assembly by automatic roll welding and its upper end welded to the connecting plate by automatic roll welding, forming a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero leakage of the valve stem.
The dual sealing design (bellows + packing) ensures that if the bellows fails, the valve stem packing will also prevent leakage and comply with international sealing standards.

Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
