The PZ73TC manual ceramic knife gate valve is suitable for dry ash systems in power plants and the discharge and transportation of silos and pumps. It can also be used in various industries such as mining, papermaking, and chemical engineering to open and close dry dust, water, steam and other media with wear on pipelines. Nominal pressure: 1.0MPa, applicable temperature: ≤250℃.

Ceramic knife gate valves, as a type of gate valve, have a working principle somewhat similar to that of gate valves. Both rely on the lifting and lowering of the gate plate to achieve the opening and closing of the valve. The movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the fluid direction, and the medium is cut off by the knife-shaped gate plate that can cut fiber materials.

It is applicable to the dry ash system of power plants and the discharge and transportation of silo pumps. It can also be used to open and close various abrasive dry dust, water, steam and other media on pipelines in mining, papermaking, chemical and other industries. Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
