The PZ41H slag discharge gate valve is a type of valve evolved from the flanged gate valve, which is used to discharge a mixture of ash, slag and water. It is applicable to the slurry discharge system pipelines of thermal power station water conservancy systems and water conservancy projects with nominal pressure PN1.6 ~ 6.4MPa and working temperature 0 ~ 100℃, to cut off or connect the ash-water mixture and slag-water mixture in the pipelines.
It meets the standard requirements, with excellent sealing, superior performance and an attractive appearance.
2. The sealing pair is reasonably matched. The sealing surfaces of the gate and the valve seat are made of hard alloys of different hardness through surfacing welding, which ensures good sealing, wear resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent scratch resistance and a long service life.
3. The valve stem has undergone quenching and tempering as well as surface nitriding treatment, which endows it with excellent corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
4. It adopts a wedge-type elastic gate plate structure. For medium and large diameters, thrust bearings are set up, which have low friction and are equipped with handwheels for light opening and closing.
