Product Introduction: The pin-class high-temperature and high-pressure power station gate valve features low fluid resistance and minimal impact erosion on the sealing surface. Do not change the flow direction of the medium; No flow disturbance and small pressure drop; Small opening and closing torque; The structural length is short; The gate valve features excellent process performance and a wide range of applicable pressure and temperature. The movement direction of the opening and closing parts of the gate valve is perpendicular to the medium flow direction (it cannot be used as a throttle valve). It is one of the most commonly used shut-off valves, used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline.

The materials are complete in variety. The packing and gaskets can be reasonably selected according to different user requirements, and it can be applied to various pressure, temperature and medium working conditions. The pressure-resistant components of the high-temperature valve are made of high-quality heat-resistant alloy steel, and the sealing surface is made of stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, which is safe and reliable, stable in performance and has a long service life.

The valve body and valve cover structure design is reasonable. The wall thickness has been strictly controlled and tested to meet the requirements of the national standard GBl2234 and the American standard ANSI B16.34. It features high strength, good rigidity and low flow resistance.

It adopts a wedge-type elastic gate plate structure and is integrally precision-cast, featuring an exquisite shape and excellent sealing performance.

The valve stem is made of heat-resistant alloy steel, which has undergone rough forging, quenching and tempering, and surface nitriding treatment. It has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

All gate valves adopt an inverted seal structure, allowing for maintenance or addition or modification of packing without shutting down the machine.

The valve stem nut adopts an inner box structure, and a ball bearing is set at the connection part with the bracket, which has a small rotational torque and is easy to open and close.
