The 904L flanged gate valve comes in two structures: exposed stem and concealed stem. It can be operated electrically, pneumatically or manually. Made of 904L (00Cr20Ni25Mo4.5Cu) stainless steel, it has a diameter of DN15-DN1200 and a pressure of PN1.6-PN10.0MPa. It is used for the transportation of media such as acids, alkalis, seawater, brine and liquids containing chloride ions.

904L gate valve (00Cr20Ni25Mo4.5Cu) UNS: N08904; EN: 1.4539) is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel gate valve with a low carbon content (up to 0.020%), high chromium, high nickel, high molybdenum, and copper added. It is specially designed for harsh corrosive conditions. It has excellent corrosion resistance in dilute sulfuric acid and high resistance to chloride interstitial corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, and is less likely to develop corrosion spots and cracks.
