The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with API standards, featuring reliable sealing, excellent performance and compatibility with imported equipment.
2. For gate plates and valve seats with a capacity of over 600Lb, the sealing is made by surfacing with stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, has good scratch resistance and a long service life.
3. The valve stem has undergone quenching and tempering as well as surface nitriding treatment, which gives it excellent corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
4. It adopts a wedge-type elastic gate plate structure. For medium and large diameters, rolling bearings are set, making opening and closing easy.
5. The valve body materials are complete in variety. The packing and gasket are reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or the user's requirements, which can be applied to various pressure, temperature and medium working conditions.
6. The middle chambers of 1500LB and 2500LB adopt a pressure self-tightening sealing structure. The sealing performance increases with the rise of internal pressure, and the reliability is high.
7. The reverse seal is made by connecting the sealing seat with stainless steel threads or by surfacing austenitic stainless steel on the body. The reverse seal is reliable. The packing replacement and maintenance can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient, fast and does not affect the system operation
