The DZ61H forged steel low-temperature gate valve is suitable for low-temperature media such as methane, liquid natural gas, ethylene, carbon dioxide, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquid hydrogen. The valve cover is designed as a long-necked structure for easy cold insulation to ensure that the temperature at the bottom of the stuffing box remains above 0℃. A pressure relief hole is set on the inlet side of the gate plate to prevent abnormal pressure rise in the middle cavity of the valve body. The valve materials undergo low-temperature impact tests to ensure that they do not suffer brittle failure at low temperatures. For low-temperature gate valves used below -101℃, the valve components undergo deep cryogenic treatment before fine processing.
