There are two standard forms of Z960Y high-temperature and high-pressure power station gate valves. One is the imported type that follows the ANSIB16.34 and JISL1E101 standards, and the other is the national standard type that complies with the JB3595 standard. The temperature-pressure grades it follows are consistent, and there is a certain interchangeability relationship in some pipelines. The middle part adopts a pressure self-tightening type without a valve cover, which has excellent sealing performance under high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions. There are two materials for self-sealing rings: one is low-carbon steel, and the other is flexible graphite 316 wire (mesh). The upper layer of the sealing surface is welded with diamond-based hard alloy. The pure metal layer after processing is ≥3mm, featuring wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and a long service life. Both ends of the branch pipe are of welded structure. The welding can be made according to the standard or the user's requirements according to the bevel. It is applicable to the pipelines of high-temperature and high-pressure water, steam, oil products and superheated steam in thermal power plants, petrochemicals, metallurgy and other industries.
