It is an integral knife gate valve structure, which includes a valve body, a gate plate and a U-shaped sealing strip. At the bottom of the middle cavity of the valve body, there is a groove equipped with an elastic U-shaped sealing strip. When the valve is closed, the gate plate moves down, and the bottom edge of the gate plate comes into contact with the sealing strip, thereby compressing the sealing strip into the groove to achieve the sealing of the valve body and the gate plate.

During the opening and closing process of the electro-hydraulic concealed knife gate valve, the knife gate slides with the valve seat and does not separate. Therefore, when closed, the knife gate automatically removes the medium and debris adhering to the sealing surface of the valve seat; when open, the valve seat automatically scrapes off the adhering substances on the sealing surface of the knife gate. Valves are suitable for various pipeline systems containing impure sewage and slurry, and are used for opening, closing and regulating flow.

2. The valve is installed by wafer type, featuring short structural dimensions, small volume and light weight, which saves installation space and reduces the load on the pipeline.

3. The concealed stem structure reduces the valve height, and the height remains unchanged during the opening and closing process, saving operating space.
