Working principle
The automatic slag discharge filter retains solid substances in the liquid through physical filtration methods, using filter screens or other filtering media. Its working principle usually includes the following several steps:
Youdaoplaceholder0 Filtration : After the liquid enters the filter, it first passes through a coarse filter screen to remove larger particles of impurities, and then reaches a fine filter screen for deep filtration.
Youdaoplaceholder0 Pressure difference monitoring : During the filtration process, impurities gradually accumulate on the fine filter screen to form a filter impurity layer, resulting in a pressure difference on the inner and outer sides.
Youdaoplaceholder0 Auto-cleaning : When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the filter will automatically start the cleaning process. When the cleaning valve is opened, the suction pipe generates suction force, which sucks away the impurities in the filter screen through the pressure difference and cleans it thoroughly.
