Application scope and structural features of plastic diaphragm valves:
It is suitable for the transportation and interception of corrosive media and the regulation of flow rate. The temperature range that UPVC material can withstand is -20℃ to 80℃.
2. The flow-through components are assembled from color UPVC injection molded parts, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, convenient operation, light weight, and the ability to replace stainless steel valves.
3. The diaphragm of the sealing element is made of F46 or PFA, with a folding endurance of ≥1200 times and corrosion resistance comparable to F4.
4. It adopts a screw lifting structure, featuring a large opening and closing torque and good stability.
Installation and Use of plastic diaphragm valves:
When connecting the two flanges to the pipeline, the bolts should be tightened evenly to prevent the flanges from deforming and causing leakage.
2. Turning the handle clockwise turns it off, and turning it reverse turns it on.
3. The degree of opening can be judged according to the position of the indicator.
Applicable temperatures for various materials of plastic diaphragm valves:
The temperature range of UPVC hard polyvinyl chloride is -10 °C to 70 °C
The temperature range of CPVC chlorinated polyvinyl chloride is -40 °C to 95 °C
The temperature range of RPP reinforced polypropylene is -20 °C to 90 °C
The temperature range for PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) is 40 °C to 140 °C
