ATR- The explosion-proof installation and disassembly of the internal thread connection of the check valve feature firm connection, high pressure resistance, good sealing and repeatability, convenient installation and maintenance, and safe and reliable operation. It is widely applicable to hydraulic and pneumatic pipelines, business inflation, closing and venting of measuring instruments, vacuum systems such as control panels, high-purification devices, high-pressure systems, gas analysis and testing equipment, grain processing, testing stations and all other suitable equipment and places.

Performance characteristics:

Carbon steel ATR- check valve -30℃ to +200℃ 2) Hard-sealed stainless steel ATR- check valve: -60℃ to +400℃

Material: The standard configuration of ATR- check valves is carbon steel valve bodies (stainless steel ATR- check valves need to be custom-made in bulk); 2) RSVIATR- The check valve is made of stainless steel 304.

Sealing: The ATR- check valve has a hard metal-to-metal seal between the valve core and the valve seat. 2) RSVIATR- The valve core of the check valve is equipped with a fluororubber soft seal

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request. E FORUs’  is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
